Estate homeowners and guests joined Copper Coast Lord Mayor, Roslyn Talbot, Gannon Lifestyle Communities CEO, Jane Monk and Estate Manager, Sue Barke in celebrating the commencement of Construction of the new Estate Club House.
The Club house will become the heart of the estate and has been carefully designed to promote activity and social gatherings. The Clubhouse will feature a Cinema, Lounge, Library, Gym and kitchen and will be accessible by all estate homeowners and their guests.
Completion of the club house is scheduled for mid 2020.
