Moonta Bay Lifestyle Estate brings a great lifestyle within everybody’s reach.
It’s a very new approach to home ownership – you purchase the home and enter into a secure 50 year lease to occupy the land on which your home is situated. This means no council rates or stamp duty to pay. And when you leave the Estate there are no exit fees.
You simply pay a low weekly site fee and of course your own individual power, gas, phone/internet and insurance costs.
Residents are totally in control.
